He was co-founder and principal of Titan Solutions Group, Inc., a Beacon Award-winning IBM Premier Business Partner firm serving the custom software development, staffing and licensed software needs of Fortune 500 clients including: Federal Express (FDX), DR Horton, (DHI), American Express (AMEX), Progressive Insurance (PGR), Technical Olympic (TOUS), and others. At Titan, Ahmed developed and directed the strategy of the Licensed Software Division related to IBM, Microsoft, Kofax, etc. software and software services. Ahmed consistently motivated and drove Titan’s sales force and now SOAL Technologies’ sales force to exceed all Licensed Software Sales Goals set by vendors by over 300% for all previous years. He served on the IBM SMB Advisory Board as an advisor to IBM regarding its approach to the SMB market. Prior to Titan Solutions, Ahmed founded two other start-up technology companies and was Lead Technical Analyst for Lotus Development Corp/IBM. Ahmed holds numerous industry and technical certifications and is certified by IBM as a Solutions Advisor.
Ahmed holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from St. Edwards University.

Additionally, Kelly has experience in developing Ambulatory Surgery Centers and a surgical hospital. She focused on physician recruitment, implementing service lines, and forming physician partnerships. She successfully recruited qualified physicians and healthcare investors to syndicate physician-owned investment offerings of de novo projects and existing facilities.
Kelly’s spends time with her daughter when not working and loves watching college football in the fall. She also enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her friends.
Outside of work Omer is involved a variety of social causes and enjoys playing Table Tennis (ping pong) and listening to South Asian classical music.
Gil brings over 15 years of experience in diverse business development management roles and uses his expertise and professionalism to meet internal and external stakeholders needs above and beyond expectations. Prakash now manages several of our key accounts. He passionately believes humble human relationship, and prompt response to client requirements is a key to success. By profession, Prakash is a Senior Certified Architect with deep technology and IT Solution consulting skills. He is an avid reader and thoroughly enjoys socializing! It would be an understatement to say Prakash is helpful, he goes above and beyond to answer your questions. If not in IT, we think Prakash would have had a highly successful career as a voice-over artist. Lastly, after all these years on this earth, Prakash advises everyone to “live happily and don’t worry”.
Melanie’s attitude towards work is that she really tries to mentor the team to have a positive attitude and put out good energy, even if things don’t go as planned. She feels that a career is one of the most important aspects of someone’s life which is very rewarding to be a part of. She strongly believes that you can take a very honest and helpful approach as opposed to trying to “sell” something. In her spare time, you can find Melanie spending time with her two fur babies, Salsa dancing or competing in a game of pool.
He is always looking to network, whether at work during the day on the job or in the evening during any professional networking events, etc.. On a personal level as well, Dave has been able to expand my network of resources, meeting people while having fun. He enjoys playing softball, basketball or joining a poker game whenever he can. Dave has a family of 3 kids and he enjoys spending as much time with them as he can outside of his busy schedule.
Kari has a passion for helping people! She has years of experience in Customer Service & Recruiting. She was new to IT recruiting but has quickly acquired the skills and is on her way to become a highly productively recruiter. Kari is a water baby! She spends time with her kids at the beach, river, lake or their pool. Her family and she are outdoors people. They love to bbq, swim, fish and go camping. Kari’s son races dirt bikes so her family travels all over Texas to watch him race. In their free time, Kari’s family enjoys singing karaoke, playing the guitar and dancing.
Viviana had 7 years of experience working in a call centre until she had the opportunity to assist in recruiting – which she did for a couple of years before coming to SOAL. She enjoys going to the lake, water park or just to a swimming pool on a hot day in this Texas heat with her kids.
Brittany has been with SOAL for just about 2 years. She has over 5 + years of recruiting in all different fields. She loves being able to help employees connect with the perfect employer.
